    How do I obtain a coupon code to be used at check-out?

    Just register with us at Signup on our home page and we will email you a coupon code for a 10% discount off your first order.

    By registering with us we will be able to email you our promotions and special offers from time to time.

    Is there a minimum number of copies per title that I must order?

    No, you can order one copy if you wish; however, orders over $50 (net purchase) get Free Shipping - only available within 48 contiguous States and via standard shipping!

    If you select a faster shipping method then the free shipping does not apply.

    I prefer not to purchase over the Internet, how else can I order from you?

    You can order our book(s) from your local retailer of books, gifts, and toys, or you can place an order with us directly by doing one of the following:

    • sending us a letter together with your pre-payment to AZ Books, 245 8th Avenue #180, New York, NY  10011
    • sending us a fax together with your credit card to 888-945-7724
    • sending us an e-mail together with your credit card details to info@azbooksusa.com

    and we will process your order manually. You can calculate the order value by accessing our web site as if you are ordering on line and then print out the total dollar amount from your screen. It will save time if you send us a copy of your print out together with your cover letter in order to avoid any mistakes.

    Is your ordering system secure?

    Absolutely. We use the latest and most secured techniques available to ensure your information is kept secure and confidential. When you enter your payment information, the browser you are using goes into a "secure-mode" and encrypts all data sent to us. We do not keep your credit card information on file. For security reasons this information is not saved with your account. Therefore, each time you make a purchase we require you to re-enter this payment information.

    How do I pay for my order?

    We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and USPS money orders. Orders can also be faxed or mailed to AZ Books, Attn: Internet Orders, and they will be processed upon receipt. Our fax number is 888-945-7724 and our mailing address is 245 8th Avenue, #180, New York, NY 10011-1607, USA.

    How do I pay by fax?

    Although ordering on line is completely secure you may prefer to pay for your order by faxing in your credit card details. Send your fax to 888-945-7724, Attention: Internet Orders. Please include:

    • Name
    • Address
    • Print out of your order from the web site
    • Credit Card Type (Ameican Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa)
    • Credit Card Number
    • Expiration date

    When is my credit card charged?

    Your card is charged as soon as you confirm your order on our web site. If you mail, fax or email in your order then we will process your credit card for payment prior to shipping your order.

    Do you accept international orders?

    As the United States Postal Service (USPS) no longer ships by Surface Mail, all overseas shipments, including those going to Canada, are sent by airmail, priority service, or express service. 

    If you place an order going to Canada or another overseas destination then be advised that the maximum weight for standard shipping is 4 lbs therfore orders of 3 books or more will need to be sent by Priority or Express shipping. You may elect  to have your order ship via your own supplied Fed Ex or UPS account number however you will be charged a $5.00 processing fee when choosing this option.

    Please make such requests by sending an e-mail to CustomerService@azbooksusa.com. If you write a story or review one of our books, please let us know for fact checking. If possible, please send two (2) tearsheets to AZ Books LLC, 245 Eighth Avenue, #180, New York, NY 10011-1607.

    How do I submit a book proposal?

    AZ Books specializes in publishing innovative and imaginative children's books. If you would like to submit a proposal, we would be happy to respond to a query letter accompanied by a brief outline or table of contents. Please send all submissions to: Assistant to the Editorial Director, AZ Books, 245 Eighth Avenue, #180, New York, NY 10011-1607. We try to respond to all submissions within six to eight weeks. When submitting a proposal to AZ Books, please note:

    We do not accept submissions via e-mail.

    We are not responsible for materials sent with your proposal that become lost or damaged.

    Please do not send original photographs, slides, or artwork, one-of-a-kind dummies or mock-ups, or irreplaceable items of any kind with your proposal. AZ Books is not responsible for the return of such materials.

    If you send materials you would like us to return to you, we ask that you enclose sufficient return postage. Once again, please do not send any original or irreplaceable materials - we receive a large number of submissions and cannot guarantee the return of materials, even when postage is provided.

    How do I apply for a job at AZ Books?

    AZ Books advertises open positions from time to time in the New York Times. Please include your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications. Specify the type of work in which you are interested (Accounting, Contracts, Customer Service, Design, Editorial, Production, Publicity, Sales & Marketing, etc.). Please do not call.
